If that doesn’t work, you can open a claim under ZeePee Guarantee which covers your entire purchase amount (Item price + shipping cost) on all payment methods. We’ll coordinate with you  to make sure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.

Item not as described: 7 calendar days of item delivery for more detail Returns Policy
Item not received: within 15 calendar days from the date of payment made by buyer.
